And the most notable techniques we provide are Web Services, JDBC, LDAP, Excel, CSV, and Email, as well as any industry standard technologies that use SOAP, REST, or WSDL. ServiceNow integrates with many third party applications and data sources, as described in Integration overview. The most common integration are with CMDB, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, User Administration, and Single Sign-on.


Flexera Software’s next generation software asset management and license optimization solutions use Microsoft SCCM as a foundational component for enterprise device discovery, inventory, application usage data, and configuration management.

In building on SCCM’s capabilities, Flexera Software solutions provide the reconciliation of information from multiple external data sources—SCCM, HR, Purchasing—and built-in libraries to provide an optimized license position in accordance with vendor product use rights. This report is actionable for vendor negotiations, use in conjunction with application usage data to reclaim software licenses that are not being used or are under used and as a prerequisite check before purchasing new licenses. Enterprises leverage this joint solution to “use what they have and only buy what they need” when it comes to their software estate.

Auto Provisioning:

Automated provisioning, also called self-service provisioning, is the ability to deploy an information technology or telecommunications service by using pre-defined procedures that are carried out electronically without requiring human intervention.

VM Ware:

VMware is an operating system that sits directly on the hardware and is the interface between the hardware and the various operating system. It expands the hardware, from the users point of view, to many different independent servers all with their own processors and memory. These virtual servers cannot be distinguished from physical servers by the end users.


AWS CloudFormation gives developers and systems administrators an easy way to create and manage a collection of related AWS resources, provisioning and updating them in an orderly and predictable fashion.

Puppet Enterprise provides support for working with Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) virtual machine instances using Amazon Web Services. Using the puppet node_aws sub-command, you can create new machines, view information about existing machines, classify and configure machines, and tear machines down when they’re no longer needed.
